What's been done

• Platform foundation — shared core, code + CI/CD, automated testing across web and mobile
• Data migration path from the existing app — built and exercised in staging
• Core features rolling out in staging, plus an admin dashboard
• Live documentation site + interactive playground demos

• Beta program standing up

• Feature parity build-out with the existing app (tracked, in progress)
• Cut-over from the existing (Flutter) app — gated by validation, not a leap
