The app opens on a progress dashboard instead of a list — "how am I improving?" is the front door. The home surfaces your week, what needs you (an upcoming event, a waiting challenge), and recent runs. Library / People / Events are tabs you reach for when you go looking; account is behind the avatar.

Signature

The dashboard landing (step 1) leads with motivation and pulls time-sensitive items forward via a "Needs you" block (step 2). Trade-off: the most-used raw action (browse a drill) is one tab in rather than the landing, so it bets that "see my progress / what's next" beats "show me drills" as the opening screen.
