A top toggle splits the app into two worlds. Practice is everything solo — start a session, the library, your progress. People is everything involving others — friends, challenges, events, leaderboards. The toggle swaps both the content and the bottom tabs; account lives behind the avatar.

Signature

The toggle (steps 1 → 4) is the whole idea: a clean mental split between "training by myself" and "anything social." Strong story; the trade-off is it's a mode you choose on every visit, and a feature like a friend's challenge lives a toggle away from your practice.
